Role overview
This position is for a professionally trained lady security guard with G4S in Punjab, India. The role supports the protection of sites such as construction locations, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories. The job involves routine patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, surveillance support, emergency response, and prevention of unlawful activity.
Key duties
- Safeguard premises, assets, and confidential information.
- Submit daily updates and reports to the supervisor in line with site procedures.
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures without exception.
- Observe all health, safety, and environmental instructions at all times.
- Operate and monitor security equipment and systems.
- Manage entry and exit for people, materials, and vehicles.
- Conduct foot patrols to identify unsafe conditions or risks to people and property.
- Inspect exterior parking areas as needed to protect vehicles and spot unauthorized persons.
- Prepare written reports whenever required.

Education and eligibility
Minimum qualification required is 10th pass. The role is open to candidates aged 18 to 35 years for freshers and up to 40 years for experienced security guards. Minimum height required is 5 feet for women and 5 feet 7 inches for men.
