Janitorial Associate

Job overview

As a janitorial associate, you help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe. Your work supports cleanliness across the parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and other parts of the store environment.

Work schedule and location

This is a full-time onsite role in Orlando, Florida. Available shifts include mid-shift and closing. The position is based at Walmart Supercenter #4332, 8990 Turkey Lake Rd, Orlando, FL 32819, US.

Pay and compensation

The hourly wage for this role is $15 to $28 per hour. The final hourly rate will be at least the minimum wage required for the work location. In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the work performed, premium pay may also apply in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. More than one premium may be available if multiple conditions are met.
