Role Overview
We are looking for a Remote Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR administration and help strengthen the employee experience. In this position, you will contribute to smooth people operations by managing records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding tasks, and handling routine administrative support. The role requires a high level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep employee information current and accurate within HR systems.
- Assist with joining and exit processes, including paperwork and scheduling.
- Draft and organize HR paperwork such as employment letters, contracts, and internal notices.
- Answer basic HR-related questions and direct more complex matters to the relevant team.
- Follow HR policies, documentation standards, and data protection practices.
- Store and manage digital HR records using consistent file names and folder structures.
- Track HR tasks, spot delays or missing steps, and escalate issues where needed.
- Maintain HR trackers and share status updates on open items.
- Support audit readiness by making sure documents are complete and easy to retrieve.

- Stable internet access and the ability to work independently from a remote setup.
