Human Resource Executive

About the Role

Decorpot is hiring a Human Resource Executive in Bengaluru to support recruitment activities across the full hiring cycle. The role focuses on finding suitable candidates, coordinating with hiring teams, and ensuring a smooth process from sourcing to offer stage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and build practical hiring plans.
• Review resumes, cover letters, and other application documents to shortlist appropriate profiles.
• Handle the complete recruitment workflow, from publishing vacancies to extending offers.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or a closely related area.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with hiring managers and internal teams.
• Ability to work with applicant tracking systems and similar recruitment platforms.

Eligibility

Graduation is not mandatory for this position.
