Responsibilities

- Bring requested items to guest rooms, including towels, extra pillows, and other supplies, while responding promptly and politely to guest needs.
- Handle lost-and-found items by reporting and delivering them to the correct department or office.
- Cooperate with teammates and support overall hotel operations to help create a positive guest experience.
