Role Overview
My City Home Inspector is hiring a detail-focused, community-oriented Home Inspector in Cleveland, TN. This position combines on-site property inspections, client communication, and follow-up that supports buyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals in making informed decisions about residential properties. The pay range is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out residential home inspections at properties throughout the Chattanooga area, primarily working in the field.
- Evaluate important home systems and components such as structure, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety features.
- Communicate directly with homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents in a professional, approachable way.
- Prepare clear inspection reports using company software, including photos and timely delivery within expected turnaround times.
