Overview
The Flex is hiring a Growth Marketer to help Base360 connect with B2C brands that need a smarter way to manage conversations, channels, and leads. Base360 is building an AI-powered operating system for B2C companies and is looking for someone who wants to help shape the growth function from an early stage.
About the Role
This position is for a hands-on marketer who can drive growth in a practical, experimental way. You may choose to focus deeply on one channel or work across several, depending on where your strengths and instincts are strongest. The role spans paid media, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, funnels, and related growth motions.
You will be expected to work like an entrepreneur, test ideas quickly, learn from results, and help build the growth engine as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of one growth channel or multiple channels, including strategy, execution, and performance outcomes.
- Create and run campaigns that bring in leads and signups through paid, SEO, outbound, referral, and other acquisition paths.
- Design and execute fast-moving experiments across messaging, targeting, funnels, and offers; stop weak ideas quickly and expand the ones that work.
- Use AI tools to improve research, copy creation, targeting, automation, and overall speed of execution.
- Create landing pages and funnel experiences that convert well, while closely monitoring performance at each stage.
- Collaborate directly with the founder on positioning, messaging, and prioritizing growth opportunities.
- Measure and report on performance with strong attention to data, attribution, and actionable insights.
Candidate Profile
- Quick to learn and able to adapt to new growth channels or marketing approaches with ease.
- Motivated to become highly skilled in growth marketing, even if you are still building depth in the field.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and modern marketing workflows to work faster and more efficiently.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to move from goal to execution without needing close direction.
- Analytical and confident working with data, attribution, and performance insights.
- Hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, or B2C/startup marketing is considered an advantage.
