Role Overview
Fresha is seeking a General Manager to lead growth in Germany and the wider DACH region. This position reports to the General Manager of France and works closely with senior leadership to expand the German team and strengthen the business across the region.
The role focuses on commercial growth, exceeding partner expectations, and shaping a regional plan that supports the company’s go-to-market strategy. It suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, works well with minimal direction, and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Team building, performance leadership, and regional planning are central to this role. The successful candidate will recruit and develop a high-performing local team, guide sales professionals, and create strong relationships with salon chains and multi-site operators, including those currently using competitor platforms.
The position also requires setting clear performance targets, monitoring conversion and funnel performance, and ensuring efficient use of HubSpot to improve team productivity and visibility. In addition, the General Manager will design and execute country and regional sales strategies, oversee the full sales cycle, deliver accurate forecasting and reporting, and standardize operational processes covering pipeline management, discount approvals, payment processing, hiring, and training.

Compensation
The role offers an annual on-target earnings range of €150,000 to €180,000.
