Game Product Manager

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Game Product Manager to support an established iGaming company in Germany. This role is focused on helping strengthen the product function and drive the next phase of growth.

Working Setup

• You can work remotely from anywhere in Germany.
• Berlin-based candidates may choose a hybrid setup with office visits either weekly or monthly, depending on preference.

Interview Process

• The hiring process consists of two remote stages.

Language Requirements

• Strong German communication skills at C1 level or above are required.
• English proficiency is also expected.

Compensation

• The annual salary for this position is between €70,000 and €85,000.

Experience and Product Background

• You should bring at least 4 years of product management experience.
• Exposure to game design, game development, or game-related products is preferred.
• Experience taking products from MVP through to launch is highly desirable.

Technical and Collaboration Skills

• A strong technical mindset is important for this position.
• You should be comfortable working closely with engineering and other technical teams.
• Practical knowledge of game engines and related software tools is an advantage.

Industry Interest

• A genuine interest in gaming and a curiosity for how AI can be used to improve product and team productivity will be valued.
