Full Stack Engineer with AI Experience - Qatar

Role Overview

This position is for a full stack engineer in Doha, Qatar, with hands-on experience supporting AI-powered products and enterprise integrations. The role centers on keeping chatbot, assistant, and automation platforms running smoothly, while also working with outside vendors and agencies to deliver and refine AI-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical support for AI-driven tools such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation platforms.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to deploy and connect AI solutions.
• Investigate and resolve live production issues related to large language model APIs, data flows, and application responsiveness.
• Adapt and configure vendor-supplied AI products to meet business needs.
• Create integrations between AI applications and internal enterprise systems.
• Assess and verify code or solution components delivered by third-party teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational guides, and runbooks.
• Track system performance and apply corrective fixes where needed.
• Manage API setup, authentication, and access controls.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 5 years of full stack development experience.
• Strong backend development capability in Python using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Frontend development experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and technical stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of REST API integration and troubleshooting.
• Working experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, and API Management.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to LLM APIs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation patterns and vector databases.
• Experience reviewing and validating code delivered by third-party providers.
• Understanding of enterprise integration approaches and patterns.
