Role Overview
NVIDIA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in its revenue-focused organization across EMEA. The role is centered on enabling leaders through strong coordination, reliable process management, and trusted interpersonal support. The position is ideally based in Munich, Germany or London, UK.

What You Will Do
- Support the extended leadership team with executive-level assistance as needed.
- Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones while maintaining accuracy and discretion.
- Arrange business travel and create detailed itineraries.
- Manage expense submissions and purchase requisition processing.
- Prepare meeting agendas, recurring cadence materials, and internal communications.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Review business information and turn it into executive-level reports and insights.
- Organize and prioritize content gathering for presentations, meetings, and communication materials.
What the Role Requires
- At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity supporting teams across EMEA.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A strong team orientation and a positive, collaborative approach.
- Comfort with changing priorities and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Sound judgment, confidentiality, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
- Availability to travel to the London office 2–3 days each week.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and scale administrative work.
