Program Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position that starts with a structured 2-year programme. From the beginning, you will work on real business challenges, learn through guided support, and gain cross-functional exposure across the organisation. The programme is intended to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to grow professionally.

About the Role

The Supply Chain programme sits at the heart of operations, linking raw material movement through to finished goods delivery. You will work across teams and functions to help ensure customer needs are met efficiently and that materials and finished products are balanced effectively.

The role connects Production, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service, making you an important part of the flow that keeps the business operating smoothly.

Previous participants from this programme have progressed into roles in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Purchasing Management.

Kerry also supports professional development in this area and will help you work toward CIPS or APICS qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen supply chain performance by applying core supply chain principles and identifying opportunities to improve current ways of working.
• Take ownership of projects that support best-practice rollouts and address site-wide operational challenges and business initiatives.
• Partner with supply chain teams and manufacturing sites to deliver reliable service and a strong customer experience.
• Use planning and logistics systems to analyse large data sets, identify trends across the supply chain, and recommend improvements in efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, and transport/logistics planning to support on-time, complete deliveries across the end-to-end supply chain.

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, or Business and Technology.
• Between 1 and 3 years of work experience.
• Strong ambition, curiosity, and eagerness to contribute.
• An open-minded, adaptable approach and willingness to take on new opportunities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
• Eligibility to work permanently in the location of application.
• Openness to travel and relocation.
