Role overview

This position is responsible for shaping and expanding CLEAR’s talent management and learning strategy so the organization can continue building strong leadership and a high-performance culture. The role partners with senior leaders to create programs that support employee growth, strengthen managerial capability, and deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

  • Set the direction for CLEAR’s talent management and succession planning approach to deepen leadership pipelines and build organizational capability.
  • Create and grow talent development programs covering onboarding, manager development, leadership training, and high-potential employee initiatives.
  • Work with People Partners and business leaders to run talent reviews, build development plans, and establish succession plans for business-critical positions.
  • Use data, trends, and program insights to assess effectiveness, identify opportunities, and improve return on investment across talent initiatives.
  • Design and implement inclusive, fair talent practices that increase opportunity and strengthen internal career mobility across the company.
