Role overview
Palomba General Trading LLC is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to join its Doha team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role supports forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization across an international product portfolio.

It connects manufacturers with industrial buyers across the Middle East, Europe, and selected overseas markets. The company works with pharmaceutical ingredients, nutraceutical ingredients, botanical extracts, food ingredients, essential oils, natural fragrances, and other specialty raw materials used in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and wellness sectors.
Compensation and benefits
The monthly pay range for this position is QAR 20,000 to QAR 30,000. In addition to base pay, the package includes a performance bonus, private medical insurance, an annual flight ticket, annual leave as per company policy, and opportunities for career growth within an international trading environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create demand forecasts for a portfolio of international products.
- Track sales movement and historical usage patterns to support planning decisions.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans.
- Contribute to inventory optimization and healthy stock availability.
- Build planning reports and KPI dashboards for management review.
- Review forecast performance and suggest practical improvements.
- Liaise with suppliers on production planning matters.
- Support planning for new product introductions.
- Help balance inventory across different international markets.
- Keep planning data updated in ERP systems.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
- Prior exposure to demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain work is preferred.
- Strong comfort with analytics and numerical interpretation is expected.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- ERP system experience is an advantage.
- Good organization and communication abilities are important.
- Professional-level English is required.
