- Make outbound calls and other information requests to fill gaps or confirm changes in project records.
- Enter and maintain sales, permit, and project information in proprietary database systems.

- Follow active development permits and note changes in status across assigned markets.
- Keep records updated for multi-family developments, including launch timing and key milestones.
- Support data quality by ensuring completeness, consistency, and alignment with internal standards.

- Good computer skills, including working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, plus a quick ability to learn new tools.

- Exposure to websites, data platforms, or basic technical tools is helpful.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset while working with a distributed group.
Compensation and terms
The pay is CA$20 per hour, and the expected workload is 20 to 30 hours each week.
This is a fully remote contract role with a flexible schedule. The agreement is for one year, with the possibility of renewal depending on performance and business needs.
Additional advantages include hands-on experience in real estate development research and data analytics, exposure to proprietary data systems and industry tools, and the chance to build skills in research, data management, and market intelligence.
Application and data handling
The position is being advertised on behalf of a partner company, which handles applications and the next steps in the hiring process. A shortlist may be created using automated matching support, after which the partner company manages interviews, assessments, and the final decision.
Submitting an application also means personal data may be processed to assess candidacy and shared with the hiring employer. This may be done under applicable data protection rules, and applicants may exercise rights such as access, correction, deletion, and objection. Automated tools may assist with parts of the review process, but human judgment remains responsible for the final hiring decision.
