Role overview
Path is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Austin, Texas for a full-time, hybrid/in-person role. In this position, you will guide customers from post-sale through onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption, helping them achieve clear outcomes with the company’s AI platform. The role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn customers into enduring partners.
What you’ll handle
- Take ownership of the customer journey after the deal is closed.
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and launch activities for new customers.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers building on the platform.
- Conduct kickoff calls, training sessions, and recurring business reviews.
- Help customers uncover additional use cases and increase platform usage.
- Work with Engineering and Product to resolve customer issues.
- Track customer health and take action early to lower churn risk.
- Spot expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales on account growth.
- Create onboarding guides, playbooks, and internal operating processes.
- Share customer feedback across teams to influence product direction.
What the team is looking for
The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or Solutions Consulting, preferably in a SaaS setting. Strong communication, relationship management, project coordination, and organization skills are important. You should be comfortable working with technical products, quick to learn modern software tools, and able to convert business objectives into practical implementation plans. This role also suits a self-driven person who enjoys a fast-moving startup environment and wants to work directly with customers while shaping the product.
Preferred background
- Experience with AI products or developer-focused platforms.
- Exposure to APIs, React, Postgres, Google Cloud, or modern web applications.
- Previous startup experience.
