About the Company
Fatima Bint Mohamed Bin Zayed Initiative (FBMI), founded in 2010, works to uplift underserved communities, with a strong emphasis on creating sustainable jobs for women and delivering essential social support. Its work is built around four pillars: Arts & Culture, Education, Health, and Strategic Advisory. Role Overview
FBMI is hiring a creative, strategic, and highly detail-focused Creative Lead for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role will define and guide the brand’s creative direction, lead rebranding efforts, build strong visual identities, elevate brand narratives, and contribute to product innovation. The position also involves overseeing integrated marketing initiatives so they stay aligned with organizational goals while maintaining brand consistency and relevance in the market.
Creative Leadership and Brand Development
- Conceptualize fresh product and gifting ideas from the first spark of an idea through to final production, balancing originality, practicality, and commercial appeal.
- Create production-ready artwork and coordinate closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and print partners to make sure the final output matches the design intent.
- Explore distinctive luxury gifting ideas inspired by UAE heritage, culture, and premium market trends.
- Design and execute creative strategies that express FBMI’s positioning across every visual touchpoint.
- Strengthen and evolve the visual identity of the brand, keeping campaigns, digital assets, and brand materials cohesive, polished, and innovative.
- Use design to tell compelling brand stories and set a high standard for visual quality.
- Study trends in the market, materials, and sustainable solutions to guide product and packaging innovation.
- Create mockups, prototypes, and final packaging artwork ready for production.
- Turn business ideas into creative outputs that support commercial and marketing objectives.
- Support new product introductions with creative direction and packaging development.
- Lead rebranding efforts for existing brands in the FBMI portfolio.
- Ensure product and production quality standards are met at the final stage.
Marketing, Strategy, and Planning
- Develop high-quality visual and written assets for social platforms, websites, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare annual marketing plans based on market needs and allocate resources across channels such as newspapers and magazines.
- Build and manage content calendars to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure resources are used appropriately for the intended business objectives.
- Plan and manage advertising and field activities such as events, product launches, seminars, and receptions, while tracking execution quality and outcomes.
- Organize PR and CSR activities that strengthen the company’s image and support competitive positioning.
- Create multi-channel marketing strategies with clear goals for different audience segments.
- Plan, launch, track, and improve campaigns across digital, social, content, and paid media.
Team Leadership and Performance Management
- Handle day-to-day marketing operations and ensure timely decisions are made in support of marketing goals.
- Act as a media contact and manage interviews to ensure accurate communication and protect the company’s reputation.
- Conduct appraisals on time and maintain records of critical incidents for future review during annual evaluations.
- Guide, coach, and manage internal marketing teams or external agencies.
- Review marketing plan implementation and weekly results regularly.
- Ensure a lead-management process is in place with clear monitoring standards.
- Support showroom traffic through marketing and promotional initiatives, and help measure the effectiveness of those activities.
- Coordinate with sales and senior leadership to keep marketing efforts aligned with business priorities.
- Set KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and prepare performance reports.
- Oversee website, email, and social media marketing activities.
Market Research and Analysis
- Stay informed about market changes and developments, and recommend actions to respond effectively.
- Understand competitors, their offers, and their product launches.
- Carry out research, assess consumer behavior trends, and identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in graphic design or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in creative and product development.
- At least 5 years of experience in the creative and marketing industry.
- Hands-on experience in graphic design, digital marketing, content, and data analytics.
- Ability to convert business objectives into effective marketing plans.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-driven design tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, and Runway.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, design thinking, and luxury storytelling.
