Overview

This role is being recruited for a Haystack partner. The position is for a Corporate Recruiter based in Chicago, Illinois, and is a full-time onsite opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Create and run targeted sourcing strategies to engage both actively searching candidates and passive talent.
Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and put together strong, competitive offers.
Shape a standout candidate journey that reflects the organization’s culture and values at every stage of hiring.
Share market intelligence and talent insights to help guide recruiting decisions and overall hiring strategy.

What You’ll Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related discipline.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience recruiting and sourcing high-quality talent.
A proactive, upbeat mindset and the resilience to work through recruitment hurdles.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders and cross-functional partners at different levels.
