Compensation

Key Duties

Day-to-day tasks will vary depending on experience and project needs, but may include helping tradespeople, handling materials, and supporting general site operations.

Support different trades with tasks they need help completing
Track and manage inventory
Load and unload construction materials
Keep the worksite clean and organized
Set up and take down scaffolding, hoarding, and guardrails
Assist with trench digging, concrete chipping, snow removal, flagging, and pour watching
Operate equipment such as skid steers, zoom booms, and aerial work platforms with in-house training
Perform rigging-related tasks

Working Conditions

Standard schedule is 40 hours per week
Most shifts begin at 7:00 am, though hours may change based on site requirements
Overtime and weekend work may be required
Average weekly hours are about 50
Work is steady, long-term, and available year-round
Employees receive one paid 15-minute break and one unpaid 30-minute lunch break each day
The role includes both indoor and outdoor work
Appropriate work clothing is required
Work at heights is part of the job

Requirements

Steel-toe boots are mandatory
