This is a full-time Cleaner position based in Kitchener and Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, with work also covering nearby surrounding areas. Compensation

The annual pay range for this role is CAD 38,000 to CAD 50,000.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough deep-cleaning work to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and sanitizing restrooms
• Complete specialty cleaning assignments, including window washing and carpet cleaning
• Inspect spaces before and after cleaning and record the condition observed
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or deficiencies that need attention
• Restock and maintain assigned facility areas as needed
• Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness requirements
• Follow the organization’s cleaning procedures and quality standards consistently

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working professionally in cleaning roles
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Working knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality results
• Good organizational and communication abilities
• Capable of working alone as well as collaboratively with a team
• Understanding of safe handling practices for cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ownership of an iPhone for job-related communication
• Ability to adjust to different cleaning settings and schedules
• Physical fitness, stamina, and mobility to complete cleaning duties efficiently
