Role overview
Emirates is looking for cabin crew members who bring warmth, confidence, and adaptability to every flight. In this role, you will be one of the main points of contact for passengers, helping them with guidance, reassurance, and attentive service throughout their journey.
The position goes beyond hospitality. Safety is central to the job, and you will be expected to handle aircraft service duties, security awareness, and safety procedures with confidence. Training is delivered through a world-class learning environment in Dubai.
What the role involves
You will support customers onboard, maintain a calm and professional presence, and help deliver a smooth travel experience for people from many cultures. You must also be ready to take charge when operational, security, or safety matters require immediate attention.
Qualifications and experience
- More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
- A positive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team while serving people from diverse backgrounds is important.
- The minimum educational level is completion of high school, equivalent to Grade 12.
- Strong written and spoken English is necessary.
- You must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
- Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless they are fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
- Cabin crew are based in Dubai and must satisfy UAE employment visa conditions.

Pay and benefits
Compensation includes a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.
- Base salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flight hours each month
- Average total pay: AED 11,244 per month, approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class)
- Meal allowances for overnight stops are added to salary in arrears during the following month
