About the role

Join the L'Osteria team in Constance and become the welcoming face of the bar. In this position, you’ll use your service skills and positive energy to add a special touch to the restaurant atmosphere.

This opportunity is open both to experienced bartenders and to career changers. Full training will be provided so you can get started successfully in the kitchen and bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly way and provide attentive service at the bar.
• Take orders and offer recommendations about the changing menu and specials.
• Prepare a wide range of beverages and keep refrigerators stocked.
• Hand over take-away orders to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order across the bar and dining area according to L’Osteria standards.

What we’re looking for

• You are either changing careers or already have some initial experience as a bartender.
• You enjoy working with fresh products and food.
• You are dependable, value cleanliness, and care deeply about quality.
• You like working as part of an international team.
