About the role

What you will do
- Handle fermentation, dough lamination, and kneading tasks in line with the day’s baking plan.
- Keep work areas orderly by cleaning floors, equipment, and work surfaces on a daily basis.
- Maintain a tidy and hygienic station throughout the shift.
