About the Role
Coach is a global fashion brand established in New York in 1941. Guided by the creative vision of Stuart Vevers and the welcoming, bold spirit of its home city, the brand creates enduring products designed for self-expression. Coach sits within the Tapestry portfolio, a global group of brands focused on pushing boundaries and creating with inclusion at the core.
The Associate, Brand Media is a key member of the team responsible for planning, running, and improving paid media activity across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. The role sits between coordination and hands-on media management, with a focus on making sure regional media investment is used effectively to strengthen awareness, consideration, and purchase intent.
This person will help execute and optimise regional brand campaigns, contribute to planning and insights, and support strategic decisions through a data-led approach. Working closely with the Senior Media Manager and cross-functional teams across Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, PR, eCommerce, CRM, global teams, and agencies, the role supports integrated 360-degree campaigns that reinforce Coach’s position as a modern luxury brand and connect with Gen Z audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Media Manager in building regional media plans across paid social, video, partnerships, and selected offline channels such as OOH.
- Take ownership of campaign delivery across EMEAI, ensuring the right targeting, on-time launches, and strong execution quality.
- Coordinate creative asset handover, platform trafficking, and communication with Global Creative, Brand Marketing, agencies, and media partners.
- Maintain regional calendars, budget trackers, asset trackers, and delivery schedules.
- Track live campaign performance and work with agencies and platforms to make tactical improvements.
- Turn performance results into clear insights and recommendations for the Senior Media Manager and other senior stakeholders.
- Assist with Brand Lift Studies, platform measurement, and ongoing test-and-learn activity.
- Oversee pacing, budget control, invoice checks, and purchase order workflows across markets.
- Work with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, PR, eCommerce, and CRM teams so media activity supports wider marketing goals.
- Develop strong relationships with Global Media, Analytics, Marketing, and Creative teams to align on information sharing and knowledge exchange.
- Partner with the Brand Marketing Coordinator to keep media plans aligned with brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with local and global stakeholders to confirm campaign details and required assets.
- Manage assigned projects with media agencies and ensure delivery, optimisation, and reporting meet expectations.
- Work with platforms and vendors to identify innovation, added value, and better measurement opportunities.
- Research new platforms, channels, and trends to inform future campaign ideas.
- Stay current on media agency capabilities and industry developments through learning and external events.
Experience and Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in paid media, media planning, or digital marketing, ideally in retail, fashion, or beauty.
- Practical knowledge of major platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google/DV360, and newer channels.
- Experience working across several markets or regions.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into useful, action-oriented recommendations.
- Strong organisation, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to ownership.
- Comfort working independently and balancing priorities in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
