Role overview

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for the Bershka store in Stuttgart - Milaneo. This is a full-time, permanent position based on site.

Your impact in the store

In this role, you turn strategy into day-to-day results on the shop floor. You connect people, performance, and operational processes, ensuring that commercial targets are actively driven across the store.

You support team leadership, help develop talent, and make sure priorities are translated into practical action. Your contribution is visible in the team, on the floor, and in the numbers.

What the role involves

You keep a close eye on sales, service quality, and team atmosphere. Together with the Store Manager, you help make decisions, set priorities, and move the store forward every day.
