Asbestos A/B Supervisor

Overview

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a seasoned Class A/B Asbestos Supervisor who is prepared to relocate to Northland. The role sits with a specialist contractor that has a reliable and ongoing workload, offering consistency, high standards, and professionally managed sites.

This position is for someone who can take charge from day one. You’ll be expected to supervise asbestos removal activities, maintain compliance at all times, and ensure every site is controlled and delivered to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Class A and Class B asbestos removal operations.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with regulations and approved methods.
• Direct crews and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Handle containment, air monitoring, and decontamination processes.
• Maintain clear, accurate records that are ready for audit.
• Work with clients and other stakeholders as required.

Requirements

• Current Class A and/or Class B Supervisor Licence.
• Demonstrated background in managing asbestos removal sites.
• Sound knowledge of asbestos regulations and compliance expectations.
• Valid Full Class 1 driver licence.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background verification.
