Role summary

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Manager, working from anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. The selected professional will support a client in managing revenue and receivables functions, keeping collections on track, handling reconciliation issues, and helping ensure revenue is recognized correctly.

What you will do

Create and improve policies and workflows for invoicing, collections, and receivables management.
Track aging reports regularly and take action on overdue balances to reduce potential revenue leakage.
Work closely with sales, client success, and finance teams to clear billing mismatches and strengthen cash flow.
Maintain compliance with revenue recognition requirements and keep financial records accurate and up to date.
Prepare internal financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Required background

At least 5 years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable leadership.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite or similar tools.
Working knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition principles and financial reporting practices.
Strong analytical ability, sound judgment, and a high level of accuracy.
Capability to explain complex finance topics clearly to colleagues who may not have a finance background.
