About the role
Vistar Media is a global ad technology company focused on out-of-home media, operating the world’s largest digital out-of-home advertising marketplace. This opening sits within the APAC Client Success team and is suited to someone with experience handling top-tier clients in a growing market. The role reports to the Senior Director of Client Success APAC and works closely with Sales, Supply, Analytics, and Product teams to support client outcomes across managed and self-service campaigns.
What you will do
- Own and manage demand-side clients across both managed-service and self-service campaigns.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the Vistar platform and explain how its products can help meet client goals.
- Prepare responses to RFPs and build detailed media plans for existing and prospective clients.
- Work with Sales to support client relationships and satisfaction, including defining goals, deliverables, assets, and campaign delivery requirements.
- Help increase platform adoption and campaign performance by training and onboarding self-service clients.
- Communicate with agencies, brands, DSPs, internal stakeholders, and external vendors as needed.
- Drive renewals and upsells by presenting ideas that support retention and business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and improve product capabilities and user experience.
- Create QBRs and client-facing reporting presentations with clear insights and recommendations.
Experience and background
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and has 4 to 6 years of experience in a client success role within the media or advertising sector. Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem is important, including RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.
You should also understand ad tech, media buying, planning, ad operations, trafficking, and analytics. Experience working with ad platforms, ad verification tools, and measurement partners such as DCM, Sizmek, Salesforce, IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT, Nielsen, Lifesight, Pure Profile, Circana, and OnDevice is expected.
