Role Overview

The Accommodation Supervisor will be accountable for the daily running of staff housing, ensuring the facilities remain safe, tidy, and in good working order. The position requires a mix of supervisory and technical capability to monitor building services, coordinate repairs, and support smooth facility operations.

This role also involves leading housekeeping staff, applying company rules, controlling occupancy, and coordinating with maintenance teams and outside contractors to address issues quickly and effectively. A strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems is essential.

Required Background

Candidates should have a High School Certificate at minimum, while a bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage. A total of 5 years of experience in Accommodation Supervisor duties is required. The role also calls for fluent spoken and written English, along with the ability to work under pressure, show respect for employee culture, demonstrate loyalty, solve problems, and exercise leadership.
