Role overview
We are looking for a working student to join the Content Operations team in Munich. This team acts as the link between the editorial teams at VOGUE, AD, GLAMOUR, Condé Nast Traveller, and GQ, and the accounting function. The role focuses on helping ensure that editorial ideas are planned in an organized way, budgeted accurately, and executed smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Support editorial projects from an operational standpoint.
- Maintain and update information in CMS tools, including editorial, topic, and budget planning data.
- Assist with editorial budget tracking and coordination with accounting.
- Carry out background research as needed.
- Participate in day-to-day editorial activities such as meetings, topic planning sessions, conferences, and project discussions.
- Provide general team support, including contact list maintenance, receipt forwarding, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled as a student and want to gain hands-on experience during your studies in a media company.
- You work in a structured, accurate, and independent manner, especially when handling figures and data.
- You are well organized, enjoy working with others, and adapt quickly to new subjects.
- You are comfortable using Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- You are interested in learning existing and new CMS systems.
- You have good English skills.
