Role overview

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for delivering company targets related to safety, productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy. Key responsibilities

In this position, you will manage people, support daily warehouse activity, and help maintain service standards across the account.

  • Guide, support, and develop team members within your area of responsibility.
  • Carry out both scheduled performance reviews and informal feedback conversations.
  • Train staff on warehouse management systems and serve as the go-to expert for WMS-related questions.
  • Work alongside employees to keep daily account operations running smoothly.
  • Help establish and maintain goals, targets, and performance expectations.
  • Act as the main contact for customer issues and provide strong service recovery.
  • Track and ensure KPI targets are met for customers and internal teams.
  • Make sure all staff understand standard operating procedures and best-practice methods.
  • Prepare and run reports, including labour planning reports for the team.
  • Promote a positive, productive, and safe workplace.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
  • High school diploma.
  • Hands-on experience operating counterbalance and end-rider power jacks.
  • Good computer and keyboarding ability.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
