Role Overview

This position focuses on leading spare parts warehouse and logistics operations, with accountability for system integration, inventory accuracy, packaging coordination, shipment monitoring, vendor management, cost control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee spare parts warehouse activities, including day-to-day operations, integration with the WMS platform, stock counting, aging analysis, and scheduled inventory audits.
• Manage warehouse execution for spare parts, covering receiving, repacking, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining service levels and operational targets.
• Handle spare parts packaging processes, including packaging planning, export packaging requirements, and label control.
• Track and review export spare parts movements, such as storage-area control, outbound waiting times, and the handling of returned export parts.
• Coordinate monthly warehousing and logistics cost settlements, with a focus on cost discipline and continuous optimization.
• Supervise warehousing and logistics service providers through procurement evaluation and regular performance reviews.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards, including fire prevention measures and material safety practices.

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics within the automotive sector.
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination abilities are essential, along with accountability, resilience under pressure, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication capabilities are needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English are required.
