Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in talent management, creative recruitment, influencer partnerships, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated success in finding and hiring strong creative talent in high-volume, fast-moving settings.
- Confident communication skills for interviews, screening calls, and candidate evaluations.
- Strong planning and time-management abilities, with the capacity to juggle several pipelines at once.
- Background working with creative, marketing, or performance-oriented teams.
- Ability to evaluate both technical creative ability and interpersonal qualities such as communication and culture fit.
- Comfort reviewing creative portfolios, reels, and case studies.
- Hands-on experience with freelance and talent sourcing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Casting Networks, and similar tools.
- Solid understanding of creative production environments, preferably within an agency or DTC setting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote contractor arrangement aligned to EST working hours.
Benefits
- Monthly pay in the range of USD 1,200 to 1,800, depending on experience.
- Fully remote, contract-based arrangement with a flexible working setup.
- Paid vacation days and public holidays.
- Allowance for emergency sick leave.
