Role Overview
The Swatch Retail Sales Associate position is based in Marousi, Attiki, Greece, and focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening client connections, and supporting the brand’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Work toward and consistently meet sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear, effective communication.
- Spot public relations opportunities that can enhance the visibility of Swatch stores and increase brand recognition in the market.
Candidate Profile
- Strong spoken and written communication ability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Comfort with basic computer tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with prior exposure to related roles.
- Well-developed customer service capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in retail sales.
- Fundamental administrative ability.
- Proven experience in managing staff.
