What you'll do
- Assist users by diagnosing and resolving a broad mix of software, infrastructure, and system issues.

- Track system health and use logs, diagnostics, and monitoring platforms to investigate incidents and fix underlying problems.
- Help preserve the uptime, stability, and resilience of business-critical IT services and infrastructure.
- Review repeat incidents and support improvement efforts that strengthen system performance and support workflows.
- Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and other teams to solve difficult technical problems.
- Record troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical knowledge to improve operational effectiveness.
- Stay composed and effective when dealing with urgent or high-pressure incidents.
- Keep building technical knowledge and stay updated on changing technologies and business needs.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, systems support, or IT operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, protocols, and troubleshooting approaches.
- Practical experience using monitoring, logging, and diagnostic tools to resolve issues.
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience working in Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- Strong analytical ability and a structured approach to root-cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a busy environment.
