About the Role
This onsite role in Singapore is with Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, a major aerospace and defense organization focused on solving complex global challenges through innovation, operations excellence, and research. Pratt & Whitney specializes in the design, manufacture, and servicing of aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems, with a legacy of more than 100 years in aviation.
Key Responsibilities
- Check incoming materials and shipments to confirm they match purchase or repair orders and meet required quality and airworthiness documentation standards.
- Record, report, and escalate any discrepancies, defects, or damaged items through the appropriate discrepancy reporting process.
- Complete required SAP transactions and other system updates tied to warehouse or receiving activities.
- Keep records accurate and well organized so they can support audits, traceability, and reporting needs.
- Track shelf-life items and expiry dates for engine spares.
- Follow internal SOPs, aviation safety rules, and quality requirements at all times.
- Assist with both internal and external audits when needed.
- Help maintain a workplace that is tidy, structured, and safe.
- Take on other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A diploma or similar qualification in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or another relevant discipline is required.
- Experience in aviation warehousing or quality inspection is considered an added advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office, SAP, or comparable warehouse management systems is preferred.
