Role Overview
Urban Infosoft is hiring a Service Engineer based in Chennai, India. The role is focused on delivering on-site technical support, maintaining product performance in the field, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience through timely service and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance at customer sites and resolve service issues in the field.
- Respond promptly with product support during field visits to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer satisfaction objectives.
- Carry out servicing, troubleshooting, and repair activities to keep equipment in good working condition.
Eligibility
Candidates should hold a Diploma in any specialization.
Compensation
The offered salary is INR 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 per year.
