Role overview
As Senior Program Manager – Fintech Solutions, you will own the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional programs in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with business, product, technology, compliance, and external partners to keep complex initiatives moving in the right direction. In this role, you will support senior leadership with clear direction, strong risk management, and alignment between strategy and execution.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end fintech programs by setting roadmaps, key milestones, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Bring together internal teams, vendors, and ecosystem partners to execute programs successfully.
- Support delivery across digital onboarding, payments, wallet solutions, compliance, and related financial services capabilities.
- Convert business needs into PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
- Establish governance structures, reporting routines, and executive updates that improve visibility and control.
- Track and manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and delivery issues across multiple stakeholders.
- Work closely with business leaders, technical teams, compliance teams, and external partners to drive outcomes.
- Define KPIs and use data-backed insights to guide decisions and improve delivery.
- Keep solutions aligned with business goals, customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and technical limitations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in program management, project management, product delivery, or a similar leadership role in fintech, banking, financial services, or consulting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Arabic fluency and professional-level English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience managing large, cross-functional technology programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of software delivery workflows such as backlog preparation, sprint planning, grooming, and coordination between Product, Engineering, and QA.
- Ability to turn business goals into structured product requirements, user stories, and executable development tasks.
- Working knowledge of API-based products, system integrations, and technical documentation.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and current delivery management practices.
- Comfort working with high-level architecture and technical constraints while keeping scope realistic.
- Understanding of regulated financial services environments and fintech ecosystems.
- Experience in one or more of the following: digital onboarding and authentication, wallet management, KYC, AML, fraud prevention, payments, transaction processing, smart contracts, blockchain-enabled solutions, trading and settlement workflows, custody and wallet security, external platform and exchange integrations, or regulatory reporting and auditability.
- MBA or another relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC financial services market is preferred.
- Exposure to digital assets, blockchain, or emerging financial products is an advantage.
- Prior work with regulators, financial institutions, or other highly regulated environments is valued.
