About the role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will help shape KIVARI’s creative direction and bring seasonal campaigns to life across digital, social, print, and retail channels. This role suits a hands-on design leader who can balance concept development, execution, and team mentorship while maintaining strong brand consistency and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop campaign ideas and help define the overall creative direction.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and practical support to the Graphic Design team, including clear feedback and direction.
- Turn campaign ideas into polished, brand-aligned visuals for digital, social, print, and retail use.
- Create and manage campaign materials such as eDMs, social content, website assets, and journal content.
- Develop mobile-first social creative, including Instagram Stories, Reels, and paid media assets.
- Generate, test, and refine fresh creative approaches to improve engagement and results.
- Handle retouching, resizing, and optimisation of images for e-commerce and digital channels.
- Edit and produce video content for campaigns, social media, and website placement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets, internal teams, and external collaborators.
- Partner with Marketing, Digital, Wholesale, Retail, and suppliers to deliver work on schedule.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Previous experience in a senior-level or leadership capacity.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator are essential.
- Experience with motion design and video editing is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of layout, typography, colour, and core graphic design principles.
- A relevant Graphic Design qualification, with Certificate IV or above preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment while keeping quality and deadlines on track.
