About the role
This role is for a highly culture-aware Senior Social Creative who will help drive a major account with work that speaks to Gen Z and Millennial audiences. The position calls for someone who understands creator-led thinking, can connect social ideas to business outcomes, and can work closely with Strategy, Production, and Account Leadership to strengthen the overall creative standard.
Key responsibilities
- Build ideas designed specifically for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, ensuring they feel native to each platform and grounded in current culture.
- Keep the quality of both visual and written craft consistently strong, while staying informed about new social behaviours, trends, and technology.
- Guide designers, editors, and creators so concepts are executed with polish, clarity, and creative precision.
- Confidently pitch and explain concepts to stakeholders, clearly showing the cultural relevance and strategic value of each idea.
- Work in sync with Strategy, Account Leadership, and Production to deliver campaigns and projects efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
- Coach and support junior creatives, encouraging experimentation, courage, curiosity, and high standards.
- Help shape broader agency initiatives that expand what socially-led creativity can achieve.
Experience and skills
The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years of experience in creative roles at established digital or social-first agencies. They should have a strong record of producing social ideas that spark conversation and contribute to culture, along with excellent storytelling and presentation ability. A deep understanding of online culture, creator trends, and emerging platforms is essential, as is the ability to shape a brand’s visual and verbal identity across both art direction and copywriting. The role also requires someone who can mentor others, give clear creative direction, and manage several projects and deadlines with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
