Join the established team at Mittal Teas, a 70-year-old company renowned for exporting, wholesaling, and retailing specialty teas across India. Working closely with luxury hotels to craft unique tea experiences, this internship offers invaluable exposure to the vibrant tea industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the formulation and execution of marketing strategies, including launching a new brand and café chain to boost sales of premium teas, gourmet coffees, Matcha, and gifting products for both B2B and B2C markets.
• Research and collect data from five-star hotels and premium cafés nationwide; assist in developing new products and eco-conscious packaging solutions; analyse data for sales and lead qualification using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Develop captivating social media content utilizing Canva and AI tools as needed; plan and create short video reels for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn highlighting teas, packaging, and brand experiences.
• Assist in package design efforts.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations and reports leveraging MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Collaborate with the sales team to arrange meetings, coordinate tastings, follow up on leads via cold calls, emails, and pitch presentations; participate in client visits alongside the Sales Director at hotels and premium cafés.
• Organize promotional initiatives and campaigns aimed at elevating brand visibility.
• Provide administrative assistance bridging sales, operations, logistics, and design teams.

Internship Details and Eligibility

• This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Gurgaon, with options to work from Delhi, Jaipur, or Noida.
• Duration is three months with immediate start between August 4, 2026, and September 8, 2026.
• Applicants must possess relevant skills and interests in sales and marketing; women restarting or beginning their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Additional Information and Benefits

• Stipend ranges from INR 17,000 to 26,000 per month.
• Work schedule includes five days per week with flexible hours.
