About the Company
Big Mamma is a French-Italian restaurant group created by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. In the last decade, the group has launched 30 restaurants across Europe, including France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy.
The company’s purpose is to serve authentic, fully homemade Italian food in beautifully designed spaces, delivered with warmth and a lively atmosphere.
Now the brand is opening in Ireland for the first time, starting in Dublin, and is looking for new team members to join this exciting launch.
Role Overview
The Runner will support the floor team in delivering smooth and memorable guest service throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the floor team to support service operations.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables, including wine, desserts, and pasta.
- Handle opening and closing duties for the floor.
- Polish cutlery and fold napkins as part of service preparation.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and order in the dining area.
- Help create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Show a friendly, professional, and solution-focused attitude.
- Support colleagues during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for Italian cuisine and a consistently positive attitude.
- Strong energy, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
- Good customer service skills and clear communication.
- Prior experience working in hospitality.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Permanent full-time employment.
- Hourly pay of €14.65, plus tronc.
