Description de l'emploi
About the Role
This opportunity is for a Revenue Operations Associate based in Ireland, submitted on behalf of a partner company that will handle all applications and subsequent steps. The role sits at the crossroads of analytics, strategy, and execution, supporting a fast-growing commercial business as it improves revenue performance across sales, customer success, and go-to-market functions.
You will contribute to forecasting quality, territory planning, customer lifecycle performance, and operational efficiency. The position is fully remote and highly collaborative, with broad scope to shape processes, influence decisions, and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to generate tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with commercial leaders to build, launch, and refine go-to-market operating models, territory structures, account prioritization approaches, and sales execution methods.
Review revenue performance across core indicators such as pipeline creation, conversion, forecast accuracy, account coverage, onboarding effectiveness, expansion potential, and renewal strength.
Convert large and complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and strategic actions that support growth and stronger execution.
Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to uncover friction points and improve the customer journey from acquisition through retention and expansion.
Support pricing decisions, deal design, renewals, upsell activity, and portfolio performance analysis.
Create and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and operational workflows that help teams make decisions based on data.
Look for opportunities to introduce AI-enabled workflows and automation into sales and revenue operations to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or another analytically demanding commercial role.
You should have strong commercial judgment and understand how forecasting, pipeline management, productivity, pricing, retention, and expansion contribute to revenue growth.
Advanced analytical ability is essential, including the capacity to evaluate complex datasets, form hypotheses, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
Hands-on experience with SQL and CRM systems such as Salesforce is important, along with familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
You should be comfortable working in fast-moving, uncertain environments and capable of creating scalable processes where little structure exists.
An interest in using AI and automation to improve operational performance and business outcomes is highly valued.
Exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or platform businesses is helpful, though not mandatory.
