About the Role
As a Retail Sales Supervisor at PUMA Group in the Greater Bremen Area, you will help drive store performance, customer experience, and team success in a full-time, on-site retail environment. The role is centered on delivering strong commercial results while upholding PUMA’s service, visual, and operational standards.

Your Mission
- Work with the Store Manager to ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability targets through smart planning, cost control, and excellent service.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering on PUMA’s values and service standards, and by ensuring sales, exchanges, refunds, and promotional discounts are processed accurately at the register in line with policy.
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, coaching, motivating, and retaining a strong, performance-focused team.
- Oversee loss prevention awareness and education programs, and take responsibility for loss prevention and operational compliance within the store.
- Monitor and enforce visual merchandising guidelines so the store presentation consistently meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
- Be open to development opportunities at other locations within Germany or Europe.
- Join the team in a full-time capacity.
Your Profile
- 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in a customer-focused retail setting, preferably in clothing or footwear.
- Strong enthusiasm for the PUMA brand.
- A customer-first, dependable, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication and motivational abilities.
- Good organizational skills and solid time management.
- Comfortable speaking to large groups and delivering presentations.
- Commercial awareness and a good sense of financial discipline.
- Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet use.
