Opportunity

This is a practical, hands-on recruitment coordination role supporting a client during a particularly busy period. You will join a welcoming People and Culture team and help keep hiring activity moving smoothly.

Role overview

The position calls for someone who can confidently step into an end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a smooth candidate journey from the first application right through to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from initial request through to completion.
  • Publish vacancies on appropriate job boards and other channels.

  • Assist with recruitment and selection administration tasks.

  • Update recruitment systems and maintain HR records accurately.
  • Handle and monitor the shared recruitment inbox.
  • Provide broader administrative assistance to the People & Culture team.
