Role Overview
This remote role is for a meticulous and self-driven Real Estate Virtual Assistant who will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The position centers on administrative coordination, accurate data handling, property listing updates, document preparation, and client communication support.
Core Responsibilities
- Carry out routine administrative support work and maintain accurate data entry records.
- Publish new property listings and keep them updated in a timely manner.
- Prepare lease documents and send them through DocuSign.
- Handle email communication, including bulk email campaigns to clients and leads.
- Use Adobe, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools to complete everyday work tasks.
Qualifications
- Prior computer experience is preferred.
- Hands-on familiarity with Adobe, Excel, Microsoft 365, and DocuSign is an advantage.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving remote setting.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
