Role Overview

- Handle and maintain the assigned property portfolio.
- Monitor and summarize real estate market movements and trends.
- Work in coordination with the sales team to support business targets.
- Take steps to improve and sustain occupancy levels across properties.
- Manage tenant interactions and address tenant-related matters.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 2,64,000 to INR 6,60,000.
