You will be joining a well-established specialist contractor focused on façades, precast concrete, and building envelope works. The business has built a strong track record delivering technically complex and architecturally notable projects throughout Ireland and the UK, with repeat clients and a growing order book supporting further expansion.
Role overview
This position is for an experienced Project Manager based in North Dublin. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for projects, from the point of contract award through to final handover, with an emphasis on safe, timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.
You will work closely with design, commercial, and site delivery teams to keep multiple live projects moving efficiently, while also maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee projects throughout the entire lifecycle, starting at contract award and ending at final handover
- Coordinate project planning and lead collaboration between design, surveying, and construction teams
- Prepare, update, and manage schedules, budgets, and delivery plans
- Develop productive working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Track project risks and put practical mitigation measures in place
- Ensure milestones are met and properly documented
- Share regular status reports with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Support commercial performance in partnership with Quantity Surveying teams
What you need
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction sector
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to solve problems effectively
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Asta, or similar planning tools
- Background in façades, cladding, precast concrete, building envelope, or a similar area would be a strong advantage
