Project Manager

Role overview

A well-established main contractor is hiring a seasoned Project Manager to oversee a significant construction scheme in North Wicklow. This position focuses on driving the project’s day-to-day execution while keeping programme milestones, safety standards, and quality expectations firmly on track.

What you will do

• Take charge of the daily running of the site and keep operations moving smoothly.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to coordinate delivery.
• Make sure the project is completed safely, within the agreed timeline, and to budget.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and senior leaders.
• Track overall progress, spot risks or delays early, and fix issues promptly.
• Protect high standards across quality control and regulatory compliance.

What is required

• Demonstrable experience managing construction projects in a Project Manager capacity.
• Background in delivering large-scale building works.
• Strong planning, organisation, and communication abilities.
• Confidence leading site teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• A construction-related qualification is desirable.

Salary and benefits

• Annual pay of €105,000 to €115,000, depending on experience.
