Project Manager

Role Overview

KENGIC Intelligent Technology is hiring a Project Manager in Berlin, Germany to lead projects end to end, support pre-sales activity, and help ensure successful delivery from kickoff through customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales efforts by helping with bid planning, preparing project plans for proposals, evaluating bids, and presenting project-related information when needed.
• Manage the full project lifecycle in line with the company’s project management approach, from initial planning through final handover.
• Oversee core project dimensions including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall objectives, with the goal of securing customer approval and formal project sign-off.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead retrospective sessions to capture lessons learned, share knowledge, and support internal learning activities.
• Create and maintain project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor utilization throughout delivery.
• Take ownership of the delivery timeline, identify risks and issues early, escalate and communicate them clearly, recommend practical solutions, and follow through until closure.
• Handle additional ad hoc assignments as delegated by the department.
